The Shurjoint shouldered piping system utilizes Type A weld-on rings, manufactured from mild steel or material compatible to pipe end used. Type A rings are suitable for services up to maximum 600 psi / 40 bar for sizes up to    4” / 100mm and 400 psi / 28 bar for 5” / 125mm through    8” / 200mm.
